Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Damien Roads (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Choke Liddell (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Liddell has chosen Intro - DMX as his entrance music. I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Roads throws a left and a right that both miss
and Liddell counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Roads misses with a hook.
Roads throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Liddell counters with a straight right hand.
Roads misses with a telegraphed body shot
and Liddell counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Roads misses with a two punch combination.
Damien Roads seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Roads swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Liddell counters with a right hand to the body.
Liddell throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Liddell lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Roads circles away quickly and effectively.
Liddell fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Roads manages to avoid it.
Roads keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.

Liddell doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Roads misses with a body shot.
Roads throws a lazy uppercut
and Liddell counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Liddell misses the shot to the body.
Roads throws a body punch but Liddell moves out of range.
Roads throws a jab but it's blocked by Liddell.

Roads throws an off balance right hand
and Liddell counters with a left to the body.
Liddell will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Nice sprawl there from Roads as Liddell shoots in.
Roads throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Roads ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Liddell moves away.
Roads lands a right hook to the body.
Roads lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
A decent looking cross lands there for Roads.
Roads has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Roads there as he acknowledges the shot.
Roads lands a glancing blow to the side of Liddell's head.
BOOM! Roads lands a beautiful left hook that drops Liddell. Liddell tries to recover but Roads is having none of it, landing more punishing shots from mount. One final crushing shot and Liddell lies motionless on the canvas. The fight is over!
