Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, Alan Glass and George Francis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rua gets a takedown into half guard.
massie is looking to improve his position.
massie on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if massie tries to get out of the position.
Rua is looking for a kimura but massie is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Rua to get the leverage.
Rua is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. massie doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Rua.
massie moves into full guard.
Rua stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. massie swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Rua wants to control from the top but massie keeps moving.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now massie is on top in guard.
That's one minute gone in the round.
massie scoring with punches to the head and body.
Rua looking to try and escape his hips here, looking for a submission. It looks like he's going for a triangle but massie is defending well. Rua quickly switches to an armbar and extends the arm! massie has no choice but to tap, to a very quick submission! Wow, that was lightning fast! Rua celebrates on the cage, with the crowd.
