Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Rusty Trombone (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Castle Irons (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Trombone comes to the cage accompanied by Back in Black by AC/DC. Castle Irons is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 20 - 16 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Rusty Trombone!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 18 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Castle Irons!
The judges for this bout are Donatello Bradman, Hugh Johnson and John Mangel.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Irons feints and then cracks Trombone's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Trombone down.
Trombone shoots in for a takedown but Irons shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Trombone.

Sloppy strikes from Irons. Those never looked like landing.
Irons throws a right hand that Trombone ducks under and follows up with a left that Trombone also avoids with ease.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Irons, as that shot connected.

Irons does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.

Irons lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
