Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between No Se Aldo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Cottontail Rabbit (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Aldo's entrance music is Never had too much fun. A fine choice. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Aldo plants his feet and lands a nice head kick!

It looks like Cottontail Rabbit has been cut.

Aldo throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Rabbit was covering up waiting for the punch and Aldo finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Aldo will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.

Aldo feints and as Rabbit raises his hands in defense, Aldo changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.

Rabbit is working an open guard so Aldo takes the opportunity to get back to his feet.
Rabbit takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Rabbit's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Aldo connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Rabbit scrambles back to his feet.

Aldo is trying to trip Rabbit. He has hold of a leg but Rabbit is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. Aldo persists though and gets the takedown into guard.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Aldo stands up and beckons Rabbit to his feet.

Aldo moves into the clinch.

Aldo manages to pull guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Rabbit has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Aldo to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Rabbit is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Aldo pulls down on the head and he's put Rabbit to sleep! This one is all over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:55 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (Triangle). No Se Aldo!
A pretty intense looking No Se Aldo took the opportunity post-fight to ask for a shot at the title.
