Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Bishop Deacon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Zdravko Dukic (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Deacon comes to the cage accompanied by You Raise me Up by Josh Groban. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Deacon connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.

Deacon shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Dukic sprawls well. Dukic wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Deacon gets slowly back to his feet.

Deacon takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.

and Dukic cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Deacon has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Dukic finds it's way round the side to connect with Deacon's head.
Dukic ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Deacon moves away.

Deacon swings around for an armbar but Dukic sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Deacon's guard.
