Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Weston Remington (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Joe Sauders (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Sauders is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Limp Bizkit - Break Stuff. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Remington keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Joe Sauders seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Sauders scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.

It looks like Weston Remington has been cut.
Remington shoots in for a takedown but Sauders shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Sauders throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Sauders uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Remington has time to react.
Sauders jabbing away but nothing is landing.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Remington tries to clinch there but Sauders circles away.
Sauders throws a nice looking combination but Remington bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

Remington fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Sauders sprawls well initially but Remington persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.

Remington stands up out of the half guard.
Sauders throws a lazy right hand but Remington sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Sauders clobbers Remington with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
The fight stays on the outside here - Remington looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Sauders avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Remington tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Sauders manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Sauders works the jab nicely.

Weston Remington's cut is getting worse.

Remington gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Sauders managing to block the knees to the body from Remington.
Remington tries to land a knee to the head but Sauders blocks with his arms.

Remington breaks the clinch.
Sauders throws a leg kick that misses.
Sauders dives in and grabs Remington's left leg, looking for a takedown. Remington pushes down on Sauders's head and hops out.
Sauders just misses with a punch to the body.
Sauders stuns Remington with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Remington tries to clinch up.
Remington fails with the takedown.
Left hook, right uppercut from Sauders.

The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Remington with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Sauders to score with a decent uppercut.

Remington is rocked!
Remington shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Sauders as he jumps to the side.
Oh Remington is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Sauders fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Remington looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Remington tries to close the distance and clinch up but Sauders swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Sauders cracks Remington on the jaw with a powerful right hand and Remington falls backwards against the cage. Sauders follows up with more strikes that drop Remington to his knees. Sauders keeps the pressure on and the referee jumps in to save Remington! This one is all over!
