The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The fighters circle momentarily. Liddell darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Liddell misses with an uppercut.
Liddell fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Boondocks swings and misses with a shot to the body
and Liddell counters with an inside leg kick.
Boondocks looks to score with a jab to the body but Liddell is just out of range.
Boondocks throws a hook to the side of Liddell's head but Liddell sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Liddell throws a series of punches but Boondocks moves out of range.
Boondocks misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Liddell swings for the body but Boondocks moves out of range.
Boondocks ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Liddell moves away.
Boondocks is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Boondocks moves into range and lands a nice body kick.
A telegraphed right hand from Liddell misses the target.
Liddell misses with a looping left.
Liddell misses with a few strikes there.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Liddell throws a head kick that misses.
Liddell moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Liddell finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.

Boondocks moves out of range of the body kick.
Liddell lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.
Boondocks throws a body punch but Liddell moves out of range.
Liddell misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Liddell lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Boondocks circles away quickly and effectively.
Boondocks looks to land a combination but Liddell avoids it well.
Liddell drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.
Liddell pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Liddell lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Liddell misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Liddell's jab looks to have found its range, popping Boondocks under the eye.
Boondocks keeping at a good range here, avoiding a leg kick.

Boondocks lands a big uppercut and Liddell crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Liddell looks OK. Boondocks waves Liddell back to his feet!
Boondocks is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches.
Nice body kick from Boondocks.
Liddell looks gassed!
Liddell is keeping his hands low and just asking to be knocked out. Boondocks Raises his leg and lands a stunning axe kick! Liddell is out cold, face down on the mat!
