The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Signal decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
Signal working over Gracie with some ground and pound. Gracie looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable.

Gracie looking for submissions from an awkward position here.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Signal uses his free foot to push down on Gracie's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Gracie.

Signal has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

Signal is in full mount looking to finish with strikes. He lands a big shot, followed by another and Gracie goes limp! The ref jumps in to end the fight - a big win for Signal!
