Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

10 - 8 - 1, fighting out of London, Ricardo Bartolome!
The judges for this bout are Colin Fotheringham, James Atkins and Sam Margolis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hussein avoids the head kick by Bartolome.
A decent looking cross lands there for Bartolome.
Bartolome thows a body shot but no joy.
Bartolome pushes Hussein up against the cage in a clinch.
Bartolome's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Bartolome misses with a two punch combination.
Bartolome throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Bartolome tries to clinch but Hussein is having none of it.
Bartolome throws a right and a left that both miss.
Hussein misses with a shot to the body
and Bartolome counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Hussein thinking.
Hussein throws a lazy right hand but Bartolome sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Bartolome lands with a good body shot.
Bartolome throws a sloppy head kick and Hussein moves out of range easily.
Bartolome misses with a kick to the body.

Bartolome throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Hussein shoots for a double leg takedown but Bartolome sprawls well. He's pushed Hussein's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Hussein swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Bartolome takes the fight into the clinch.

Bartolome misses with a jab, cross combination.
A looping hook to the body misses from Hussein. Bartolome does a little dance to reset his feet.

Hussein looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now.

Bartolome fakes with the hands and throws a leg kick but Hussein is out of range.

Hussein takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Bartolome misses with a series of wild punches.
Hussein's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Bartolome connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Hussein scrambles back to his feet.
Hussein lands a jab to Bartolome's midsection.
Hussein is looking to wear down Bartolome with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment.
Hussein keeps the fight on the outside.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Bartolome pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Bartolome is looking to score with low kicks.
Ricardo Bartolome is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Bartolome displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Hussein.
A jab from Bartolome finds it's way through Hussein's defenses.

Hussein takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Hussein looks to land a left hand but Bartolome moved out of range nicely.
Hussein is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Bartolome.
Bartolome tries to close the distance and clinch up but Hussein swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Ricardo Bartolome seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Nice straight punches there by Bartolome. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Bartolome.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

Hussein misses with a jab to the body
and Bartolome counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Hussein throws a body punch but Bartolome moves out of range.
Bartolome misses with a few strikes there.
Hussein fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Bartolome manages to avoid it.

Hussein takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Ricardo Bartolome is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Hussein walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Oooooh!!! Bartolome has knocked Hussein down with a huge combo! Bartolome steps away and waves a wobbly Hussein back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!
Hussein is rocked!
It looks like Akbar Hussein has been cut.
Bartolome closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Oh Hussein is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Bartolome has used his reach advantage pretty well so far tonight.
Bartolome breaks from the clinch.
Bartolome cracks Hussein's jaw with two stiff jabs then ducks low and throws a soul-severing right uppercut to the mouth!! Hussein slumps to the ground with blood on his lips. The referee steps in before Bartolome can do further damage! This one is done, son!
