Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Harold Buck (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Gilberto Duque (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Duque's choice of entrance music: Eminem- Lose Yourself. Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.

The judges for this bout are Leandro Rodrigues, Daniel Cesar and Matheus Silva.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Buck throws a right hand that Duque ducks under and follows up with a left that Duque also avoids with ease.
Duque scores with a nice body kick.
Duque missing with a left hand there. Buck was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Buck takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.

Buck throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Duque was covering up waiting for the punch and Buck finishes the takedown easily into guard.

Duque is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Buck works a leg free and moves into half guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Duque is looking for a sweep. Buck is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Buck is trying to control the action in half guard but Duque is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.
Duque tries to roll over but Buck keeps him under control.

Buck is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Duque doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Buck.

Buck looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
The fighters are battling for position here. Duque manages to regain full guard. Nice work.

Buck stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Duque swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Buck drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Duque manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Buck has Duque in his guard.

Buck working for a triangle but Duque defends it easily.

Buck looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Buck controls Duque momentarily but Duque frees himself.

Buck working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Duque doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Duque manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Buck is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Duque defends well.

Duque drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Duque jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Duque is in a good position here but he's just trying to control... And he's not even managing to do that successfully.

The ref stands the fighters back up. Gilberto Duque was stalling too much, according to the referee.
Duque throws the kick towards the body but Buck avoids it.
Gilberto Duque seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Duque is looking to chop away at Buck's legs.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Duque throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Duque lands a really nice looking cross but Buck seems unphased.

It looks like Harold Buck has been cut.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Buck's corner calls for a 1, 2 combination and Buck duly obliges.
Duque misses with a takedown attempt - Buck sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

A close round but Gilberto Duque will probably get the nod.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Buck scores with a shot to the body.
Buck throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Buck fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Buck tries to score a power double leg takedown but Duque sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Buck somewhat.
Duque shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Buck as he avoids it easily.

Buck is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.

Duque is working on a guillotine. He's managed to get to full guard and he's really squeezing tight! Buck is tapping! Great win for Duque!
