The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bop ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Elliott moves away.

Bop throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Elliott.

Elliott ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.

Bop uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
The fighters circling - Bop throws out the jab but it was never going to land.

Bop tries to bum rush Elliott with a series of wild strikes but Elliott uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Bop scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Bop escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Bop creates a bit of space for himself and rocks Elliott with a big uppercut! Elliott tries to clinch up but Bop pushes him back against the cage and lands another monster strike that crumples Elliott to the mat! Elliott covers up and Bop unloads with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!

Bip Bop decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
