The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pedalny fails in his attempt to clinch.
Vanagandr swinging wildly here.
Vanagandr blocks a head kick by Pedalny.
Pedalny fails with a takedown attempt.
Vanagandr swings for the body but Pedalny moves out of range.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Vanagandr rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Pedalny moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Vanagandr lands a left and a right that send Pedalny crashing to the mat, dazed. Vanagandr thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
It looks like Kon Pedalny has been cut.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
No joy there for Vanagandr, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Pedalny looks up at the clock. Bad move! Vanagandr lands a right hand from hell, dropping Pedalny. Vanagandr pounces and finishes the fight with a flurry of punches and elbows.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:26 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Eorl Vanagandr!
