The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Norris shoots for a double leg takedown but Cook sprawls well. He's pushed Norris's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Norris stalks Cook and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Cook's face. Cook staggers backwards, shaken.
Norris lands with a nice body punch.
Norris stuffs the takedown attempt from Cook. Cook gets slowly back to his feet.
Cook shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Norris sprawls well. Norris wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Cook gets slowly back to his feet.
TIberio Norris seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Oooooh!!! Norris has knocked Cook down with a huge combo! Norris steps away and waves a wobbly Cook back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!

It looks like Daniel Cook has been cut.
