Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Dennis Tretow (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Zain Jaya (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Tretow comes into the arena with Days of Thunder blaring out of the sound system. The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A head kick misses from Jaya.
Jaya blocks the body kick.
Tretow looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Jaya takes one on the button.
Tretow really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Jaya swats away the attempt to clinch by Tretow.
Tretow misses with a jab, cross combination.

Tretow rushes Jaya and presses him up against the cage.

Tretow breaks from the clinch.
Both fighters circling a little - Jaya finishes the exchange with a kick to the body.
Jaya throws a sloppy head kick and Tretow moves out of range easily.
Tretow looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Jaya swinging wilding here.
Jaya avoids the body shot from Tretow.
Tretow throws a right hand that Jaya ducks under and follows up with a left that Jaya also avoids with ease.

The fight moves into the clinch position.
Tretow is trying to break free.

Jaya escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Tretow tries a head kick but it misses.
Tretow throws a series of punches but Jaya avoids them all with ease.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Tretow throws a sloppy head kick and Jaya moves out of range easily.
Tretow has a nice red mark on his side after a thudding body kick by Jaya.
Tretow is breathing heavily.
Tretow tries to close the distance and clinch but Jaya swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Jaya closes the distance and lands a one-two.
Jaya cracks the inside of Tretow's front leg.
Zain Jaya is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Jab, cross, leg kick. Nice combination by Jaya!

Tretow is rocked!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for leaving it all in the cage!
Tretow shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Jaya as he avoids it easily.
Oh Tretow is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Tretow fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Tretow seems to have got his legs back now.
Tretow looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Jaya is fending him off so far but Tretow persists. Nope, Jaya circles away and we're back to standing.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Dennis Tretow. That's going to take a lot out of him.

and Jaya counters with a nice body kick.
Tretow shoots in but Jaya avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Tretow tries to clinch but Jaya is having none of it.

Tretow instigates a clinch.

Jaya escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Jaya lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Tretow at a distance.
Tretow shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Jaya as he jumps to the side.
Tretow throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Jaya counters with a kick to the head that grazes his opponent. Tretow is lucky that one didn't land flush.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Jaya dances in with a quick combination. Tretow is being worked over with jabs and crosses. Oooh, a right straight from Jaya snaps Tretow's head back. Tretow stumbles backwards against the cage. Jaya steps forward and delivers a right cross that connects with Tretow's jaw, simultaneously knocking him out and sending his mouthpiece into the crowd! There's a worthy souvenir for the fans. This one is over folks. Tretow just didn't come prepared.
