Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Manny Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dark Bori (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Manny Silva could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Dark Bori's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Dark Bori!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Silva moves into the clinch successfully.
Bori wants to break free but Silva has control.
Bori is trying to break the clinch but Silva is controlling him.
Bori drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.
A frustrated look appears on Bori's face as he tries to break the clinch.

Silva lands a nice trip takedown into half guard.
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.
Bori is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Silva in particular looking to stall.
Silva has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Manny Silva has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet.
Bori tries to clinch up but Silva circles away and keeps his distance.
Silva keeps the fight on the outside.
Bori lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!

Bori lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Silva circles away quickly and effectively.
Bori tries to bum rush Silva with a series of wild strikes but Silva uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Bori closes the distance but Silva moves to the side

and Silva counters with a nice double leg into guard.
Silva is pushing down on Bori's leg trying to pass to half guard. Bori is fighting to maintain full guard but Silva has managed to sneak the leg through.
Still in half guard, Silva seems content to control.
Bori is looking to get full guard. It looks like he might be successful but at the last minute Silva jumps into side control!

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Silva controls the position from side control.
Bori wants to get back to his feet but Silva is dominant here and he's now got Bori's back!

Silva just keeping the dominant position. He can't wait too long though, otherwise the referee will stand them back up.

So, who will make the next big move? In this position it could be crucial.
Bori really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Silva. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
Silva controlling the position well here. Bori rolled but Silva kept the hooks locked in and stayed in the dominant position.

Silva working from the back looking to end the fight with a rear naked choke. Bori is doing well to defend. Silva seems to have got his hand under the chin though and he's sunk the choke in! Bori is forced to tap and this one is over!
