Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Foti Vasa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Phillip Barron (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Vasa comes to the cage accompanied by Highway to Hell (AC/DC). The crowd seem to be enjoying Barron's choice of entrance music: Dizzee Rascal - Bonkers. There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.

The judges for this bout are Aleksandr Martynov, Viktor Lagutenko and Illya Tyunina.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Barron thows a body shot but no joy.
Barron throws an overhand right that lands on Vasa's shoulder, as Vasa tries to avoid the shot.

Barron has taken the fight to the clinch.
Vasa jumps guard but Barron turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing.
Vasa has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Barron is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.

Barron has Vasa pressed up against the cage. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. Barron pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending Vasa tumbling to the mat - Barron dives into Vasa's guard.

Vasa is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Barron pulls his head out easily.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Vasa has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Barron uses from the top position.

Phillip Barron comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Barron has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
