Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Vlad Czosnek (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Yolin Choi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Vlad Czosnek!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Yolin Choi!
The judges for this bout are Franklyn Lucas, Dean Styles and Lou da Vinci.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Czosnek moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
Choi doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Czosnek counters with a series of strikes. Choi will be more careful next time no doubt.
Czosnek changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
Czosnek avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Choi fails with the takedown
and Czosnek counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Czosnek defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Choi.
Vlad Czosnek has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Yolin Choi.
Choi moves in looking to clinch but Czosnek pushes him off.
Choi tries to close the distance and clinch but Czosnek swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Choi gets caught napping as Czosnek dives in and scores a takedown. Choi manages to retain guard.

Choi is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Czosnek defends well.

Choi wants to finish this one by submission but Czosnek is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Choi.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Czosnek is squirming around, avoiding Choi's attempts to control the action.

A close round but Yolin Choi will probably get the nod.

Choi shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Czosnek pinned against the cage. Czosnek gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

Czosnek manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Choi on his heels. He'll look to pass Choi's guard now, I'm sure.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Yolin Choi has got the better of the ground game so far.
Choi is looking for a sweep. Czosnek is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

Czosnek is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Choi sees it coming and defends easily.
Choi is trying to control but can't.
Choi gets back to full guard.
Czosnek wants to get up but he can't break Choi's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.
Czosnek knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Choi on the ground.
Czosnek has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.

Choi has his foot on Czosnek's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Czosnek works his way back into a safe position though.

Czosnek gets to his feet. Choi looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son!

Choi closes the distance and clinches up with Czosnek, looking for a takedown. Choi pushes Czosnek against the cage but Czosnek circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Vlad Czosnek seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Czosnek scores with a one two! Choi had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Choi shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Czosnek counters with a left and a right that stings Choi.
Czosnek scores with a kick to the body.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. And we move into the final round!

Choi wants to get back to his feet but Czosnek is in a dominant position and won't allow it.

Czosnek wants to control from the top but Choi keeps moving.
Choi manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!

Choi has control of Czosnek's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Czosnek regains control of the situation pretty easily.

Yolin Choi comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
