Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the light heavyweight championship of the world!
Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

13 - 18 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Sarkis Terteryan!
The judges for this bout are , Frank Antenori and Jack Bonds.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Terteryan misses with a body shot.
Terteryan closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Cyran did well to prevent Terteryan getting side control.

Cyran on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Cyran tries to get out of the position.
Cyran regains full guard, whilst avoiding punches from Terteryan.
Terteryan postures up in Cyran's guard and throws a big left but Cyran blocks it.

Terteryan drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Terteryan jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Cyran utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
Cyran will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

Terteryan tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Cyran was well out of range. Poor timing from Terteryan.
Terteryan connects with a good right hand that stumbles Cyran. Cyran circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
Terteryan cracks Cyran with a big right hand and Cyran goes down!
Cyran is rocked!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Terteryan arches his back and unloads with a massive left and a right! Cyran's eyes roll back into his head, he's out cold! The ref dives in to stop the fight - wow, they were hard shots!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:54 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Sarkis Terteryan!
