Man comes to the cage accompanied by Beyonce's "Ring on it". Brian Nielsen will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Donk. Nielsen catches Man right on the button with a cross.
Man pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.
Nielsen rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Man moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Nielsen scores with a jab.
Nielsen misses with a looping right.
Man throws a head kick but Nielsen moves out of range.
Brian Nielsen seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Man swings away with a leg kick that misses.
Man is looking to score with low kicks.
Nielsen just misses with a punch to the body.
The fight stays on the outside here - Nielsen looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Man throws a low kick but Nielsen moves out of range easily.

Nielsen tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Man was well out of range. Poor timing from Nielsen.
Nielsen lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head.

Nielsen throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Nielsen tries to clinch up.
Man looks for the body kick but Nielsen saw that one coming.
Nielsen falls off balance throwing a combination
and Man counters with a slapping leg kick.
Man swings away with a leg kick that misses.
Some bone on bone action there as Nielsen checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.
Man tried to score with a low kick but Nielsen checks it.

Nielsen swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Man.
Nielsen misses the shot to the body.
Man misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Man takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Jab, cross, leg kick. Nice combination by Nielsen!

Man is rocked!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Good work by Nielsen as he checks the leg kick.
Oh Man is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
A big left from Nielsen misses.
Nielsen misses with a hook. Man ducked under it nicely.
Man thows a leg kick but Nielsen checks it
and Nielsen counters with a lovely shot to the body.
Man throws the left hand but Nielsen avoids the punch easily.
Nielsen throws a lazy right hand but Man sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Nielsen looks to land a left hand but Man moved out of range nicely.
Man seems to have got his legs back now.
BOOM! Nielsen lands a beautiful left hook that drops Man. Man tries to recover but Nielsen is having none of it, landing more punishing shots from mount. One final crushing shot and Man lies motionless on the canvas. The fight is over!
