The judges for this bout are Tarja Halkonen, Anni Minnemäki and Johanna Lukiainen.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A solid body kick from Ukkonen.
Ukkonen throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Strike.

Ukkonen clinches up against the cage.
Ukkonen with a knee to the head.

It looks like Thunder Strike has been cut.

Ukkonen breaks from the clinch.
Strike will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Ukkonen throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

Ukkonen takes the fight into the clinch.

Ukkonen manages to break the clinch.
Ukkonen looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Strike tries to close the distance and clinch up but Ukkonen swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Mikko Ukkonen seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Ukkonen rushes Strike and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Ukkonen slowing the pace effectively.

Ukkonen manages to break the clinch.
Strike closes this distance looking for a takedown but Ukkonen circles away.
Strike stalks Ukkonen and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Ukkonen's face. Ukkonen staggers backwards, shaken.
Strike looks gassed!

Ukkonen moves into range and clinches up with Strike.
The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Ukkonen takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life.
Ukkonen lands a glancing elbow in the clinch.

Ukkonen breaks the clinch.
Strike shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Ukkonen sprawls well. Ukkonen wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Strike gets slowly back to his feet.
Mikko Ukkonen has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Thunder Strike.
Ukkonen fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Strike has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.

Ukkonen drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.

Ukkonen shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.

Ukkonen has isolated one of Strike's arms. Strike looking to fight him off but Ukkonen twists into an armbar. It's tight... Will he tap?? YES, he's tapped! This one is all over!
