PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Aram Gamburian (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Adam West (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Gamburian comes into the arena with Judas Priest - The Ripper blaring out of the sound system. West has chosen Bat-man as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Aram Gamburian has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

West bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
Gamburian stops West from passing to mount.
Gamburian avoids any damage from the ground and pound of West.
West scoring with punches from side control.
West in side control, trying to ground and pound but not landing this time.
Gamburian is trying to buck West off.
West postures up a little and throws a couple of hammerfists but they don't connect properly.

The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.
West throws a knee to the body but it doesn't do much damage.

West is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Gamburian has escaped the position, nice work there.
The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.

West wants to control but Gamburian is keeping him busy.

West has hold of Gamburian's arm. He's looking for a kimura. Gamburian seems comfortable defending it but West has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! Gamburian is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Gamburian is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but West couldn't care less - he's delighted!
