Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Deshawn Jones (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and JJ Rodriguez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). JJ Rodriguez is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Jones leaves Rodriguez with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Deshawn Jones has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of JJ Rodriguez.
Rodriguez changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Jones tries to avoid it but Rodriguez manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Jones to the ground. Jones escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Rodriguez might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Jones kaven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.

That was a close second round but I would say that Deshawn Jones will probably get the nod.

I would just about give that final round to JJ Rodriguez.
