Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Anderson Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jack Attack (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). This should be fireworks!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 7 - 8 - 0, fighting out of London, Anderson Silva!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Jack Attack!
The judges for this bout are William Gold, Steven Brown and Daniel Bishop.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Silva rushes Attack and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
The referee calls for Silva to work.
Attack jumps guard but Silva turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing.
The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Silva takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life.
Silva gets a warning from the ref for wasting time.
Silva lands a damaging elbow.
Silva landing knees to the body.
Silva stalling against the cage.
Silva with the Thai clinch, lands a knee to the head.
Attack tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
A bit of stalling here from Silva.
The ref breaks the fighters up, due to lack of action by Anderson Silva.
Silva throws a head kick that half lands.


Attack is rocked!
Silva fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Attack has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Attack is still on wobbly legs! Can Silva finish him?
Attack fails with the takedown

and Silva holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.
Anderson Silva has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jack Attack.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Silva landing knees to the body.
Silva really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Attack looks gassed!
Silva avoiding damage.
Silva connects with a knee to the head.
Silva landing some nice looking knees to the body.
Silva has Attack pressed against the cage.
Silva unloads a knee to the mid-section. Attack lets out a prehistoric sounding urrrrgh.
Silva's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
The ref breaks the fighters up, due to lack of action by Anderson Silva.

Silva scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.

Attack is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Silva pulls his head out easily.

That's two minutes gone in the round.

Attack looking to work for a kimura from the bottom.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Attack wants to get back to his feet.
Silva sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Attack defending well though.
Attack seems to have recovered his senses.
Silva takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.
Attack trying to control from the bottom.
Silva is figuring out what he wants to do next.
Attack wants to get back to full guard.
Silva is pressing down on Attack's thigh, looking to free his foot. Attack is holding on for now.
Attack is looking for a sweep. Silva is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

That's three minutes gone in the round.

The ref stands the fighters back up. Anderson Silva wasn't doing enough on the ground.

Silva manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Attack on his heels. He'll look to pass Attack's guard now, I'm sure.
Attack keeping moving, preventing Silva from controlling successfully.
Attack is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
Silva knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Attack on the ground.
Silva wants to control from the top but Attack keeps moving.
Silva is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Attack is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him.

The ref stands the fighters back up. Anderson Silva wasn't doing enough on the ground.
Attack fails with the takedown
and Silva counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
Attack is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Silva.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Attack misses with a takedown attempt

and Silva counters by clinching up.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Silva lands an elbow just above Attack 's eye.
Attack jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Silva walks away with a smile on his face. Attack gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Silva is looking to slow Attack down with leg kicks.

Silva pushes Attack up against the cage in a clinch.
Silva landing knees to the body. They look like they could hurt.
Silva has Attack pressed against the cage.
Silva scores with an uppercut up the middle.
Silva lands a knee to the head.
Knees in the clinch landing for Silva.
Silva unloads a knee to the mid-section. Attack lets out a prehistoric sounding urrrrgh.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Attack being controlled against the cage.
Silva scores a nice knee to the body.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Anderson Silva dominated that round.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Silva drops Attack with a big knee straight up the middle! Attack is covering up against the cage but manages to escape and gets back to his feet!


It looks like Jack Attack has been cut.
Silva fakes a right and follows up with a big left that drops Attack to one knee - oooooh, he's wobbly! Attack looks to clinch but Silva throws him off and pummels him into the canvas! Attack taps out under the strikes! The fight is over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:18 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (Strikes). Anderson Silva!
