Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Aaron Gutierrez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Smash Machine (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Gutierrez comes to the cage accompanied by The Final Countdown, really.. The crowd seem to be enjoying Machine's choice of entrance music: In The Morning. I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Machine swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Machine throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Machine tries to bum rush Gutierrez with a series of wild strikes but Gutierrez uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

Machine throws a hook to the side of Gutierrez's head but Gutierrez sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.

Machine leaves Gutierrez with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.

Gutierrez shoots in looking for a takedown but Machine manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Gutierrez's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.

This is turning into a torrid day at the office for Gutierrez. He's trying desperately to land a takedown but he's failing miserably and getting slapped silly on the feet to compound his misery.
Machine shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Gutierrez but Gutierrez pushes him off and we're back to square one.

Machine lands a heavy shot. That's hurt Gutierrez! Machine sees the opportunity and turns up the heat - strike after strike land to the defenseless Gutierrez and the ref dives in to save him! This one is all over!

In his post fight interview, Smash Machine started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
