The judges for this bout are Bruno Hogan, Hugh Johnson and John Mangel.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dax tries for a takedown but Subsi circles away easily
and Subsi counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Dax thinking.
Subsi swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Ronan Dax seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Dax has his takedown stuffed
and Subsi counters with a right hand to the body.
Dax doesn't succeed with the takedown

and Subsi counters with a lead uppercut that lands right on the button! Dax goes down! Will Dax beat the count? 3,4,5 - he's up! No problem. Let's get back to the action!

Dax is rocked!
Miau Subsi has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Ronan Dax.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Subsi lands with a good body shot.
Dax is still on wobbly legs! Can Subsi finish him?

Subsi fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.

Subsi pushes Dax up against the cage in a clinch.
Subsi is stalling here.

Subsi pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Subsi lands hard precision jab right on the jaw that stiffens Dax up and sends him tumbling to the mat! The ref grabs Subsi from behind before he can pounce. Some folks in the crowd didn't like that stoppage, but I saw Dax's eyes roll way back in his head, he was done.
