The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Held misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Held fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Held has a takedown stuffed.
Pablo Garza has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Marcin Held.
Garza defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Held.

Held scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground.
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.
Held wants to pass to mount but Garza is defending the position.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.

The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.

Garza is trying to stand up here but Held is controlling him well.
Held is keen to just control but Garza is a slippery customer.
Held stops Garza from getting back to his feet.

Held wants to control from the top but Garza keeps moving.
Garza will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Garza is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.

Garza working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Held doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Held manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Held has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Garza to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Held is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Garza pulls down on the head and he's put Held to sleep! This one is all over!
