Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Julio Garcia (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Gary Lee (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lee has chosen Big Man With A Big Gun-Nine Inch Nails as his entrance music. Gary Lee has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Julio Garcia!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

5 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Gary Lee!
The judges for this bout are Paulo Santos, Luis Engracia and Edson Gomes.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Garcia fails with the takedown
and Lee counters by clinching up.
Garcia fails to pull guard.
Lee tries a body shot but Garcia blocks it.
Lee struggles to land a body shot inside as Garcia controls his hands.
Garcia jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Lee walks away with a smile on his face. Garcia gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Julio Garcia. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Lee wants to clinch up but Garcia keeps it at a distance.
Garcia cracks Lee with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Garcia shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Lee eats them both and turns towards Garcia to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Garcia slips a jab from Lee.
Garcia gets tackled into the cage by Lee. Lee maintains the clinch.

Lee tries to throw a body punch but Garcia avoids it by throwing Lee back against the cage.
Garcia tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Lee just stands there and leans against the cage.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Garcia blocks a body shot from Lee.
A nice left hand lands by Lee.
Garcia jumps guard but Lee stands there with Garcia around his waist. Garcia gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Garcia tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Lee just stands there and leans against the cage.
Garcia is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Lee to keep the fight standing.
Garcia manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
Lee content to sit in guard, stalling... Great. Oh but he could get punished here because Garcia has locked up a guillotine! Garcia's face is contorted as he sqeezes tight on the submission attempt - will he finish? Lee is holding on here and Garcia must be using up a lot of energy. Lee has gone limp! He's out! He's out cold! Garcia gets to his feet, tossing aside his stricken foe. Arms raised, he milks the applause from the crowd. Great submission!

A determined Julio Garcia didn't want to dwell on this fight in his post fight interview. Instead he was more keen to state he wants a title shot. Let's see if he gets it!
