Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Mr Gray (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Antti Sokka (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Gray's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, make love not war baby. Sokka has chosen Black Sun Aeon - Core of Winter as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gray bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Sokka's head.
Gray moves out of range as Sokka strikes.
Sokka throws a front kick that sends Gray stumbling back into the cage.
A head kick from Sokka lands but Gray takes it in his stride.

and Sokka counters with a nice body kick.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Gray is throwing strikes from the back here. Oh that last one was to the back of the head. Gray gets a warning from the referee. He throws another strike to the back of the head straight away though and the referee has seen enough. He breaks up the two fighters and stands them back up. Gray gets a real talking to here and is lucky not to get a point deducted. Gray apologises and we restart here on the feet.

Sokka dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Gray. That did some damage!

Gray sizes up Sokka with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
Gray fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Sokka avoids it really well and circles away.
Sokka takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Sokka throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Sokka got a little sloppy there for a moment and Gray has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Sokka has managed to get both his arms back between Gray's legs - danger averted.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

A momentary lapse in concentration from Sokka enables Gray to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Sokka manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
