Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Mauricio Rocha, Paulo Santos and Emerson Jorge.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
O Donnell lands a jab to Silva's midsection.

O Donnell gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Silva to score an easy takedown into full guard.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.

O Donnell has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Silva can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
O Donnell will have to put a bit more behind his punches if he's going to do any damage from this position.
O Donnell wants to sweep but no luck.
O Donnell is working hard here to advance position.
Silva controls the pace of the fight for a moment.

O Donnell keeping moving, preventing Silva from controlling successfully.

OK we're going to have a standup here. Demian Silva hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart.
Silva takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.
O Donnell shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down.
Victor O Donnell is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
O Donnell tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Silva was well out of range. Poor timing from O Donnell.
Silva has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Silva there as he acknowledges the shot.

Silva is rocked!
Silva shoots in looking for a takedown but O Donnell manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Silva's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Silva on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
Victor O Donnell seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

O Donnell throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Silva stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Silva looks gassed!
Silva takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Are you kidding me?! O Donnell ducked down and unloaded an uppercut from hell that sent Silva clean off his feet! Someone make me a GIF - that's knockout of the night for sure!
