Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Buzz Cloltran (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Pierre Silverhielm (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Cloltran comes to the cage accompanied by Man In My City. The crowd seem to be enjoying Silverhielm's choice of entrance music: Theme Tune to Islam. There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silverhielm misses with a looping right.
Cloltran just misses with a punch to the body.
Cloltran shoots in and drives through. Silverhielm sprawls well.
Cloltran moves away from the strike by Silverhielm.
Silverhielm takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Cloltran misses with a straight right.
Silverhielm slips under a jab.
Silverhielm stuffs the takedown attempt from Cloltran. Cloltran gets slowly back to his feet.
Cloltran looks for a takedown but Silverhielm sprawls well.

Cloltran fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Silverhielm checks it well.

Silverhielm with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Cloltran to score with a decent uppercut.

The crowd cheers as Silverhielm lands an impressive looking overhand right. Cloltran doesn't seem phased though.

Cloltran throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Silverhielm enables Cloltran to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Silverhielm manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.
Cloltran stays in close to Silverhielm's body and controls the position.
Silverhielm controls Cloltran momentarily but Cloltran frees himself.

Silverhielm is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Cloltran is controlling him.
Silverhielm preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage.
Cloltran is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Silverhielm looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.

Silverhielm throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.

Silverhielm is looking to improve his position but Cloltran isn't that keen on the idea.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Silverhielm wants to hold on but Cloltran pushes him away.
You get the feeling that Silverhielm really doesn't like being in this position too much.
Silverhielm is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.
Cloltran sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment.
Cloltran breaks from Silverhielm's wrist control and lands an elbow.
Cloltran tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Cloltran postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Silverhielm looks a forlorn figure.

Cloltran fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
Cloltran swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Cloltran moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
Silverhielm misses with a double jab.
A decent looking cross lands there for Silverhielm.
Silverhielm tries to land a leg kick but Cloltran saw it coming and moves away.
Silverhielm throws an overhand right that lands on Cloltran's shoulder, as Cloltran tries to avoid the shot.
Cloltran digs a good hook to Silverhielm's body.
Cloltran misses with a wild body shot.
Silverhielm misses with a body shot.
Cloltran takes a swing at Silverhielm's ribcage but misses.

Cloltran shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.
Cloltran trying to control but he's not successful this time.
Cloltran won't let Silverhielm get back to his feet... He wants to keep the fight where it is for now.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Cloltran lands a big shot there that rocks Silverhielm but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Silverhielm can do anything to dispel that myth.

Silverhielm tries to lock up and control but Cloltran gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.

Silverhielm takes a big shot to the dome and his eyes have rolled back in his head! Cloltran's killer instinct has kicked in as he finishes the fight with more strikes. Impressive finish.
