Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Charles Martin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Chad Sloan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Charles Martin! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Chad Sloan! The judges for this bout are Chris Downing, George Francis and Robert Twigg.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Martin misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Sloan darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard. Martin looking to work for a kimura from the bottom. Sloan is tying to control. Martin wants to improve his position but can't escape this time. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Sloan works his way into full mount! Martin tries to get back to half guard but can't. Martin might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Martin is squirming around, avoiding Sloan's attempts to control the action.
That's one minute gone in the round. Martin really trying hard to get back to half guard here.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Martin in a bad spot here, taking shots to the head. Martin is desperately trying to improve his position but Sloan has a good base and remains in mount. Martin is working hard here to advance position. Sloan can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Martin is looking to escape.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Sloan with shots to the head and body - Martin looks very uncomfortable down there. Martin slips a leg in and gets back to half guard. Sloan prevents Martin from improving his position. The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Martin misses with some strikes from the bottom.
Sloan wants to lay and pray for a moment but Martin keeps working. Sloan wants to get back to his feet.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Martin is breathing heavily.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Sloan tries to clinch up. Martin has Sloan up against the cage in a clinch.
Sloan pushes Martin back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head. A short right hand to the side of the head by Sloan. Sloan is trying to trip Martin. He has hold of a leg but Martin is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. Sloan persists though and gets the takedown into guard. Martin trying to punch from his back but it's not doing any damage. Martin has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Sloan can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Martin working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Sloan doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Sloan manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Sloan must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Sloan tries to free his leg and advance position but Martin is retaining full guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Martin looking for a sweep. Not yet Martin, not yet. Martin lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Sloan! Sloan taking shots to the head. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Martin landing strikes, looking to finish! Martin with a couple of short strikes. Martin has hold of an arm here, looking to extend it. He's committed to the armbar attempt here! Will he get it?! Yes! Sloan is forced to tap!
