Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Trent Strope (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Nyquil Salazar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Salazar has chosen Enter Sandman as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Strope steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from Salazar. That one must have hurt.
Salazar throws a sloppy head kick and Strope moves out of range easily.
Strope misses with a looping left.
Salazar tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Strope was well out of range. Poor timing from Salazar.
Salazar works Strope's body with a nice hook.
Strope throws a right hand that Salazar ducks under and follows up with a left that Salazar also avoids with ease.
Salazar misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Strope.

Strope uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Salazar.
A chopping leg kick lands by Salazar.
Trent Strope seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Strope just misses with a punch to the body.
Strope moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.
Strope misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Salazar shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Strope pinned against the cage. Strope gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Salazar scores with a head kick. Strope tried to block it but didn't get his arm up in time.

Salazar lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.

A head kick from Salazar lands but Strope takes it in his stride.

A frustrated look appears on Strope's face as he tries to break the clinch.

Salazar lands an elbow inside that Strope shrugs off.
Salazar has Strope pressed against the cage, preventing Strope from circling away and getting back to striking at range.
Salazar is pushing Strope up against the cage, for a bit of lean and pray action. Action being used the in the loosest possible sense of the word.
Strope tries to break the clinch but Salazar is controlling the position.

Salazar jumps guard and drags Strope to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.

Salazar has his feet on Strope's thighs here. He's pushed Strope off and worked for a very quick armbar from the bottom! He's flipped onto his stomach and he's cranking hard on the arm! Strope screams in pain and taps out! This one is all over!
