Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Jimmy Crack Corn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Billy Irwin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Crack Corn comes to the cage accompanied by Jimmy cracks heads and he dont care. Jimmy Crack Corn has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

6 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Billy Irwin!
The judges for this bout are Damien Edna, Eliza Hachem and Hugh Johnson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Irwin throws a big shot that misses.
Irwin connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Crack Corn momentarily.
Crack Corn ducks under a wild hook from Irwin.
A jab from Irwin misses.
Sloppy strikes from Irwin. Those never looked like landing.
Irwin throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Crack Corn walks into a stiff left hand from Irwin.
Irwin connects with a looping right hand.
Nice cross by Irwin.
Billy Irwin seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Irwin misses with a jab, cross combination.
Irwin lands with a straight right. Crack Corn didn't see that one coming.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Irwin, as that shot connected.
Crack Corn uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Irwin.
Irwin changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Crack Corn tries to avoid it but Irwin manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Crack Corn to the ground. Crack Corn escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Irwin misses with a two punch combination.
Irwin throws a looping overhand right but Crack Corn ducks down to avoid it.
Irwin throws a left and a right that both miss
and Crack Corn counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
Crack Corn trying to control but Irwin is working from the bottom.
Crack Corn forces his way into half guard.
Crack Corn looking to pass the half guard. Not this time.
Crack Corn works his foot free and advances to mount.
Crack Corn controlling from mount.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Crack Corn is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Irwin is surviving well by controlling Crack Corn's body position as best he can.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Crack Corn is working to isolate an arm here. It's a telegraphed submission attempt but he's gone for it anyway - and he's got it! Crack Corn extends the arm and Irwin is forced to tap!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:40 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Armbar). Jimmy Crack Corn!
Jimmy Crack Corn looked relieved post fight as he said the following; 'ladies im in room 1201 at the hilton and am looking to celebrate the right way,bring a friend and cmon up...lets rip this town up....'.
