The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bourque avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Kesler looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Bourque wants to clinch.

Bourque drives through and clinches with Kesler against the ropes.
Kesler takes an elbow to the forehead.
A nice right hand lands inside from Bourque.
Kesler looking to stall.
Bourque connects with a nasty looking knee right to Kesler's face.

It looks like Kevin Kesler has been cut.
Bourque lands an elbow just above Kesler 's eye.
Kesler tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Bourque smiles and moves away.
Kesler looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Bourque is fending him off so far but Kesler persists. Nope, Bourque circles away and we're back to standing.
Ohhhhh! A huge head kick from Bourque! Kesler is out on his feet! Bourque rushes in and throws more strikes. The ref is looking closely - Kesler is covering up but the punishment is just too much and the ref steps in to stop the fight! Kesler is staring into space, just thankful that the beatdown has ended. Brutal finish.
