Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Tiny Tyson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jon Fitch (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fitch is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: rusty cage. Tiny Tyson has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Fitch tries to sprawl but Tyson drives through with a takedown into half guard.
Fitch looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!

Tyson shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Fitch sprawls well. Fitch wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Tyson gets slowly back to his feet.
Tyson shoots in but no luck this time.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Fitch throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Tyson fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Fitch sprawls well initially but Tyson persists and gets the takedown into half guard.

Tyson wants to clinch up but Fitch keeps it at a distance.
Tyson shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Fitch as he avoids it easily.

Tyson jumps guard but Fitch stands there with Tyson around his waist. Tyson gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

Fitch is fighting off a takedown attempt but Tyson is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Fitch to the mat. Fitch regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat.
