Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Ramon Groot (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Eddie Bravado (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Groot comes to the ring accompanied by Beautiful Death - Wintersun. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 6 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Ramon Groot!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 21 - 18 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Eddie Bravado!
The judges for this bout are James Atkins, William Gold and Richard Clark.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Groot scores with a hook.
Groot ducks right into an uppercut from Bravado.
Bravado keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Groot.
Bravado avoids a low kick by using good footwork.
Bravado blocks a jab.

Bravado feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.

Groot looking for a guillotine here but Bravado defends easily.

The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.

The crowd hopeful of a finish here - Bravado's supporters are on their feet, screaming for him to go for the rear naked choke.
Groot knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Bravado on the ground.

The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.

Groot rolls, trying to escape but Bravado keeps control of the position.

Bravado goes for a risky armbar from back mount and it's not paid off. Groot escapes and is now in half guard on top.

Groot thows a huge punch but Bravado dodges it nicely.
Bravado is pressing down on Groot's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it.
Groot works over Bravado with some ground and pound from guard.

Groot throws a big elbow that misses.
Grootis looking to pass into half guard but Bravado pushes him away with his feet and jumps on top - now Bravado is in guard.

Groot had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Bravado defends it easily.

Bravado drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Bravado jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Groot is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Bravado passes easily into side control. Nice work.

Bravado tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Bravado has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Eddie Bravado dominated that round.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Groot throws a head kick but Bravado moves out of range.

Bravado tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Groot was well out of range. Poor timing from Bravado.

Bravado changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Groot looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

Bravado passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for Groot!
Bravado wants to control the pace but Groot is squirming around nicely.

Bravado is working on an americana here. Ooh, that looks pretty nasty! Nope, Groot has managed to escape the submission attempt.
Groot tries to lock up and control but Bravado gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.

Bravado seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Groot does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!

Bravado throws a shot from downtown. Groot moves away and avoids it.
Ramon Groot seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Groot throws an overhand right that lands on Bravado's shoulder, as Bravado tries to avoid the shot.
Groot throws a jab when Bravado was well out of range.
Groot misses with a leg kick.
Bravado shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Groot as he avoids it easily.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

and Bravado counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.

Groot feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Bravado's calf.
A thudding body kick lands there by Groot!

Bravado takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.
Groot throws a head kick but Bravado moves out of range.
Groot throws a sloppy head kick and Bravado moves out of range easily.
Groot misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Bravado gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Bravado swings away with a body shot that misses
and Groot counters with a good low kick that Bravado was not able to check.
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Groot.
Groot lands with a thumping leg kick.
Groot doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Groot lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.

It looks like Eddie Bravado has been cut.
Groot lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
Eddie Bravado is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight.

Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Groot, as that shot connected.
Bravado takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.

Bravado shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Groot is trying to defend but Bravado finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.
