Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Ayila Obasi!
The judges for this bout are Paul Tew, Daniel Bishop and William Gold.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Henderson slaps away a takedown attempt from Obasi, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Obasi with a lazy takedown attempt
and Henderson counters with a one-two to the body.
Ayila Obasi seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Obasi shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Henderson defends it nicely.
Dan Henderson has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Ayila Obasi.

Obasi fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Henderson sprawls well initially but Obasi persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
Henderson looks like he's trying to stand up.

Henderson tries to kick Obasi off in order to stand up. Obasi Avoids the leg push though and dives into side control.

Henderson is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Obasi asserts his dominance and retains side control.
Henderson knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Obasi on the ground.

Henderson bucks up and tries to throw Obasi off but instead Obasi has got his back!

Obasi looking to break Henderson's wrist control so he can sink in the choke. Henderson remaining controlled and patient though - he really has to keep calm otherwise Obasi will wrap this one up with the rear naked choke!

A very excited looking Ayila Obasi rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
