Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Derrick Rankinstein (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jigoro Gutz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rankinstein comes to the cage accompanied by Going Back To Cali by LL Cool J. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

With a record of 10 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Jigoro Gutz!
The judges for this bout are Konstantin Menshow, Aleksei Zolotukhin and Dmitry Maklakov.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gutz walks into a left hand.
Gutz swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.

and Rankinstein counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work.
A telegraphed right hand from Gutz misses the target.
Rankinstein cracks Gutz with an open hand slap.
Rankinstein clobbers Gutz with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.

Rankinstein darts in and clinches Gutz up against the cage.
Gutz has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Rankinstein is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.
Rankinstein throws a hook to the body. More of an arm punch but it's all scoring with the judges.

A frustrated look appears on Gutz's face as he tries to break the clinch.
Gutz is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Rankinstein to keep the fight standing.
Gutz has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Rankinstein after a bit of a struggle.
