With a record of 16 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Asaki Hioko!
The judges for this bout are Wesley Smith, Daniel Franklin and Frank Dennis.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hioko takes a swing at Grepp's ribcage but misses.
Hioko cracks a nice hook into Grepp's ribs.
Hioko ducks right into an uppercut from Grepp.
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Grepp.
Grepp does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
Hioko bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Grepp's head backwards.
Hioko misses with an uppercut
and Grepp counters with a stiff right hand.
Asaki Hioko seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Grepp checks a leg kick.
Grepp wants to clinch up but Hioko keeps it at a distance.
A jab lands there for Hioko.
A right-left combo lands from Hioko.

It looks like Inge Grepp has been cut.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
A slow jab from Hioko misses its intended target.
Hioko looks to score with a jab to the body but Grepp is just out of range.
Hioko throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Grepp ducks under a wild hook from Hioko.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Hioko throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Sloppy strikes from Hioko. Those never looked like landing.
Hioko rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Grepp makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick.
Hioko misses with a straight right.
Hioko takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Grepp falls off balance throwing a combination
and Hioko counters with a straight right hand.
Hioko misses with a leg kick
and Grepp counters with a low kick, right behind Hioko 's knee.

A big head kick from Hioko and Grepp is sent sprawling to the canvas!

Grepp is rocked!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.
Grepp controls Hioko momentarily but Hioko frees himself.
Oh Grepp is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Hioko with a flurry of punches that miss.
Hioko postures up and lands a big shot to Grepp's brow.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Hioko postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
Hioko loads up on a big left hand. Grepp felt that one! He's just covering up now, not defending himself intelligently - Hioko looks towards the ref and unloads with 3 more big shots and the ref has no choice but to stop the fight! Grepp can't hide his disappointment, as Hioko celebrates the victory.
