Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Michael Davies (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Noah Bu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bu has chosen Rebirt of Slick as his entrance music. Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Michael Davies!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Noah Bu!
The judges for this bout are Paul Tew, Steven Brown and Richard Clark.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Davies closes the distance and clinches up with Bu, looking for a takedown. Davies pushes Bu against the cage but Bu circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Bu scores with a head kick. Davies tried to block it but didn't get his arm up in time.

It looks like Michael Davies has been cut.
Bu works over Davies's head and body with a nice combination.
Davies shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Bu pinned against the cage. Bu gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Davies tries for a takedown but Bu circles away easily
and Bu makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Michael Davies. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Bu closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Bu struggles to land a body shot inside as Davies controls his hands.
Davies looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now.
Bu lands an elbow that stopped Davies in his tracks for a moment.
Bu goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Davies wants to get back to striking at distance but Bu won't allow it.
Davies has had enough of the clinch but Bu keeps him there for the moment.
Davies letting Bu take a breather here.
Bu lands a good knee to the midsection. Davies won't want to take too many of those.
Bu throws an elbow that misses.

Davies blocks a body shot from Bu.
Davies takes an elbow to the forehead.
Bu pushes Davies back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head.

Bu working on landing some head shots here - that one got through nicely.

Bu has dropped down and is working for a takedown. Davies is trying to keep an underhook but Bu manages to get the takedown into half guard.
Bu not throwing his punches with enough precision this time.
Davies is looking to improve his position.

Bu is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
The referee calls for the fighters to work.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Bu seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.

Jeez, Michael Davies's cut is really nasty now. The referee must be thinking about getting that checked.

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Michael Davies's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
