Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Brett Appley (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rock Prescott (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Appley comes to the cage accompanied by Headlines. This should be a great matchup!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Dillan Fox, Gregory Folan and Alec Ball.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Appley lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.
Prescott looks for a takedown but Appley sprawls well.
Prescott throws a sloppy head kick and Appley moves out of range easily.
A combination from Appley does no damage.
Prescott shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Appley but Appley pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Prescott fails to land the takedown.
Brett Appley has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Rock Prescott.
Prescott shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Appley counters with a straight right hand.
Prescott ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Appley moves away.
Rock Prescott seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Prescott gets tackled into the cage by Appley. Appley maintains the clinch.
Prescott wants a takedown but no success here.

Prescott is fighting off a takedown attempt but Appley is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Prescott to the mat. Prescott regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat.
Appley has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
Appley stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Prescott swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Appley knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Prescott on the ground.
Prescott has momentary wrist control but Appley slips an elbow through the middle.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Prescott had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Appley defends it easily.

Appley is looking to work some ground and pound but Prescott has wrist control.
Appley slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Appley is sitting in close to Prescott's body. Prescott has gone for a guillotine from the bottom. Oh damn, that looks pretty tight! Appley is panicking - it looks like this one could be all over! Yes, Appley is tapping! That was a very nice submission by Prescott.
