Gracie moves in looking to clinch but Cruz pushes him off.
Carlos Cruz seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Cruz fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.

Horrible takedown by Gracie or perhaps it was just good defense by Cruz which made him look bad.

Gracie's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Cruz connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Gracie scrambles back to his feet.

Gracie is aggressively charging in as Cruz backs up avoiding any damage. Cruz tosses out a jab and Gracie runs right into it face first! Gracie is out cold! Cruz dropped down on all fours and is barking in Gracie's face like a pit bull in celebration until the ref was finally able to pull him away!
