Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Koichi Kamei (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and George Droop (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 2 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 9 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Koichi Kamei!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, George Droop!
The judges for this bout are Shigeki Sano, Yukihiro Shimada and Kenichi Hosakawa.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Droop tries to clinch up.
Koichi Kamei seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Kamei walks into a left hand.
Droop throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Droop buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Droop scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
Kamei slips under a jab from Droop.
Droop fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Kamei has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Droop waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Kamei.
Kamei misses with an uppercut. Droop saw that one coming.
Kamei moves into range and connects with a jab.
Kamei tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Droop was well out of range. Poor timing from Kamei.
Kamei fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Droop has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Droop has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Kamei.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Donk. Droop catches Kamei right on the button with a cross.
Droop moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Kamei tries to bum rush Droop with a series of wild strikes but Droop uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Droop tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Kamei looks to score with a jab to the body but Droop is just out of range.
Droop throws a head kick but Kamei moves out of range.
Droop connects with the punch.
Kamei finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.
Kamei swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Jab, jab by Droop - just one landing.
A swing and a miss from Kamei.
Kamei circles away from the clinch attempt.
Kamei throws a big shot that misses.
Droop ducks down and throws a hook to the body.

Kamei misses with a leg kick.
Droop walks into a left hand.
Kamei lands with a cross.
Nice shot lands for Kamei.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Kamei loads up on a big right hand but Droop slips the punch.
Kamei shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
A big right from Kamei misses.
Droop plants his feet and lands a nice head kick!
Kamei throws a nice looking combination but Droop bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Droop moves in looking to clinch but Kamei pushes him off.
Droop lands with a cross.
Kamei steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Droop.
A jab from Kamei misses.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Kamei shoots in looking for a takedown. Droop tries to sprawl out of it but Kamei keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Droop manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
No joy there for Kamei, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Droop misses with a straight left.
Kamei misses with a hook
and Droop counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
George Droop is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Droop scores with a jab.
Droop with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.

Oooooh!!! Droop has knocked Kamei down with a huge combo! Droop steps away and waves a wobbly Kamei back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!

Kamei is rocked!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Droop lands a monster head kick that reverborates around the arena! The crowd goes wild as Kamei crumples to the floor! Droop milks the crowd's applause and if that isn't knockout of the night, I will be very surprised!
