Poseidon comes to the cage accompanied by let the bodies hit the floor. Nurminen has chosen Electric Six - Gay Bar as his entrance music. This should be fireworks!

And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 17 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Rakastaja Nurminen!
The judges for this bout are Wagner Zegers, Paul Aken and Radbod Blank.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Poseidon is trying hard to land a takedown here. Nurminen sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
A nice leg kick lands there from Nurminen.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Poseidon.
Poseidon fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Perseus Poseidon. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Nurminen connects with an inside leg kick.
Nurminen jabs away that one connects to the head of his opponent.

It looks like Perseus Poseidon has been cut.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Nurminen feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Poseidon sprawling to the canvas! Poseidon rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Nurminen finish him?!
Rakastaja Nurminen seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Nurminen moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
Nurminen feints and then cracks Poseidon's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Poseidon down.

Nurminen throws a body kick that sends a sickening thudding noise reverberating around the arena.
Nurminen fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Poseidon looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.

Nurminen feints with a left and delivers a massive head kick! Poseidon collapses like a ragdoll! Game over!
