The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Jones closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Slob did well to prevent Jones getting side control.

Jones moves into side control, avoiding a weak kimura attempt from Slob.
Jones will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Slob is looking for a sweep.
The referee tells the fighters to keep busy.
Slob really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Jones. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Jones moves into side control, avoiding a weak kimura attempt from Slob.
Slob takes an elbow right on the bridge of the nose and winces in pain.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Jones cracks Slob with a big elbow. Oh, he's hurt! Jones immediately mounts and start dropping bombs! Slob is done! The referee jumps in and saves him from any more punishment - a quick and decisive finish by Jones!
