Gillis comes to the cage accompanied by I Don't Feel Like Dancing - Scissor Sisters. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gillis uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
Out bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Gillis wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.

Gillis cracks Out with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.
Gillis's corner calls for a 1-2. Gillis obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
Gillis scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Nice uppercut lands for Gillis. That snapped Out's head back.

Gillis closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Gillis thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.
Out keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound.
Gillis stalling away here and it's allowed Out to slip out his trapped foot and regain full guard.

Out is looking to stand up but Gillis isn't so interested in that idea.

Gillis is pushing down on Out's leg trying to pass to half guard. Out is fighting to maintain full guard but Gillis has managed to sneak the leg through.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Gillis connects with a nice short shot to Out's temple.

Gillis seems to be looking for submissions.

Gillis maintaining the dominant position here and is working for a kimura. He's locked it up! Out could be in real trouble here! He's trying to wriggle out but Gillis has cracked it and Out is screaming in pain - he's tapped out! Great finish by Gillis!
