Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Shaun Shurk (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Cameron Knight (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Cameron Knight looks lathargic as he enters the arena. Wake up son, you're about to have a fight!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Knight shoots in but Shurk avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Shurk lands with a slapping head kick.
Knight fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Knight misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Shurk avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
A head kick misses from Shurk.
Knight throws a solid leg kick but Shurk takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Knight.

Shurk breaks the clinch.

Knight clinches up with Shurk and pushes him back against the cage.
Shurk works for underhooks and lands a body shot in the process.

Knight throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Shurk's waist but Shurk gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Knight off to one side.
Shaun Shurk has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Cameron Knight.
Knight throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Shurk.

Shurk gets a clinch.

Shurk breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

Shurk throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Cameron Knight seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Knight is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Shurk lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage.

Knight swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Shurk counters with a head kick. That will keep Knight thinking before he tries any more sloppy attacks!

Shurk rushes Knight and presses him up against the cage.
Knight is still on wobbly legs! Can Shurk finish him?
Shurk lands a nice looking hook to the body, against the cage.
Knight looks gassed!
Shurk has the Thai clinch. He lands a big knee to the head that stumbles Knight - he's in trouble! Another big knee to the head from Shurk, and another! Knight is out on his feet - the ref jumps in to save him and ends the fight!
