Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Paulo Antonio (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Salvador Dali (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Salvador Dali will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The judges for this bout are Seu Braga, Mauricio Rocha and Leandro Rodrigues.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Antonio rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Dali moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Antonio shoots in but no luck this time.
Antonio fails miserably with a takedown attempt.

Antonio drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
Dali is trying to control Antonio's posture but Antonio avoids it.
Antonio creates a bit of distance and throws down some hard shots.
Dali really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Antonio. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Antonio advances nicely into full mount.
Dali takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position.

Antonio gets to his feet and calls his opponent to stand. Here come the fireworks!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Antonio walks into a stiff left hand from Dali.

Antonio scores with a takedown into Dali's guard.
Antonio throws a big right hand that misses.
Antonio wants to pass the guard but Dali is keeping the position.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Antonio stands and throws Dali's legs to the side, diving into side control.
Dali is trying to control Antonio's posture but Antonio avoids it.

Antonio is working to tighten is grip on Dali's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Dali has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Antonio is really squeezing tight and eventually Dali passes out! Antonio breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!
