Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Hakuin Ekaku (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Wangjannoi Payakaroon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Ekaku might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to IV. Payakaroon has chosen thai fight music as his entrance music. Wangjannoi Payakaroon acknowledges the crowd's support as he enters the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 28 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Hakuin Ekaku!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 13 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Wangjannoi Payakaroon!
The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, Chris Downing and Gwen Towbar.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Payakaroon uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Ekaku.
Payakaroon keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Ekaku.
Payakaroon keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Ekaku swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Payakaroon lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
Ekaku looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Payakaroon is fending him off so far but Ekaku persists. Nope, Payakaroon circles away and we're back to standing.
A clash of legs there as Payakaroon blocks the low kick.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Payakaroon lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Ekaku has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Ekaku and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
Payakaroon takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Ekaku jabs Payakaroon right on the nose. Payakaroon blinks but takes it well.
Ekaku keeping at a good range here, avoiding a leg kick.
Ekaku shoots for a double leg takedown but Payakaroon sprawls well. He's pushed Ekaku's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Ekaku moves into range and connects with a jab.

Ekaku drops Payakaroon with a beautiful combination! Payakaroon stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Ekaku is looking for the KO!

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Ekaku looks to land a body kick but Payakaroon moved away.
Payakaroon is still on wobbly legs! Can Ekaku finish him?
Ekaku misses with a straight right.
Payakaroon seems to have recovered his senses.
Payakaroon feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Ekaku's calf.
A bone on bone clash there as Payakaroon blocks the leg kick.

Wangjannoi Payakaroon is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Payakaroon uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Ekaku.

Payakaroon throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Payakaroon takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
A head kick misses from Ekaku.
Nice jab there from Ekaku.
Payakaroon takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Ekaku thows a leg kick but Payakaroon checks it
and Payakaroon counters with a flying knee. Nice.
Ekaku stuns Payakaroon with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Payakaroon moves out of range as Ekaku strikes.
Payakaroon throws a jab but it's blocked by Ekaku.

Payakaroon takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Payakaroon misses with a kick to the body
and Ekaku counters with a good, hard body kick but Payakaroon shrugs it off.
Payakaroon looks gassed!
An inside leg kick from Ekaku misses.
Payakaroon misses with a body kick.
Payakaroon blocks a head kick by Ekaku.
A looping hook to the body misses from Ekaku. Payakaroon does a little dance to reset his feet.
Ekaku scores with a jab to the head.
Ekaku throws a low kick but Payakaroon moves out of range easily.

Ekaku misses with an uppercut
and Payakaroon counters with a kick to the head that grazes his opponent. Ekaku is lucky that one didn't land flush.
Payakaroon misses with a wild body shot.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Ekaku dives in and grabs Payakaroon's left leg, looking for a takedown. Payakaroon pushes down on Ekaku's head and hops out.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Hakuin Ekaku. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Payakaroon tried to score with a low kick but Ekaku checks it.
Payakaroon pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.
Payakaroon scores with a sloppy right hand. Ekaku should have avoided that one.
Ekaku shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Payakaroon pinned against the cage. Payakaroon gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Ekaku moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
A jab from Ekaku finds it's way through Payakaroon's defenses.
Ekaku tries a head kick but it misses.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

Ekaku misses with a hook. Payakaroon ducked under it nicely.
Payakaroon misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Payakaroon with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Ekaku to score with a decent uppercut.
Wangjannoi Payakaroon is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Ekaku throws a leg kick which misses Payakaroon's front leg but catches the back leg as Payakaroon tries to avoid it.
Ekaku lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head.
Payakaroon tries to close the distance and clinch but Ekaku swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Ekaku lands an overhand right.
Ekaku lands a nice hook to Payakaroon's body. Payakaroon takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Ekaku bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.

Ekaku fakes the leg kick and throws a superman punch. It's knocked Payakaroon out cold! Brutal finish!
