Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between David Reese (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kurt Uzi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Uzi comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Slayer - Angel of Death kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! David Reese has a significant reach advantage - let's see if he can make it count.

The judges for this bout are Konstantin Menshow, Igor Prikhodko and Illya Tyunina.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Uzi keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Reese.
Uzi shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Reese but Reese pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Reese misses with a low kick.
Uzi has a takedown stuffed.

Uzi feints and as Reese raises his hands in defense, Uzi changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Reese manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
Uzi tries to hold on but Reese postures up.
Uzi tries to reverse the position but Reese maintains control.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Uzi tries to hold on but Reese pushes him away.
Uzi is looking to get to half guard.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Uzi regains half guard.
Uzi slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work.
Reese won't allow Uzi to sweep him here.
Uzi wants to hit a switch here but Reese passes into full mount! Oh no, disaster for Uzi there!
Uzi is trying to reverse the position but instead Reese has taken his back - oops!

Uzi trying to control the hands but Reese won't let him.
Uzi is really stuck here.
Uzi is very frustrated here, being controlled quite effectively by Reese.
Reese will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

Uzi is trying to break free.
Uzi trying to control the hands but Reese won't let him.
Uzi can't escape the position.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Uzi is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.

Kurt Uzi dominated that round.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Reese dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Uzi takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.

It looks like Kurt Uzi has been cut.
Uzi will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Reese fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Uzi manages to avoid it.
Uzi misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Horrible takedown by Uzi or perhaps it was just good defense by Reese which made him look bad.
David Reese has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Kurt Uzi.
Uzi drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Uzi is defended easily by Reese.
Uzi fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Reese fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Uzi has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Uzi takes a shot right to the bread basket.
Uzi is breathing heavily.
Reese scores with a nice head shot.
Reese bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.

Reese is looking to chop away at Uzi's legs.
Uzi on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Reese. Reese obviously looking to wear him down.
Reese lands with a hook. Uzi tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
Reese feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Uzis jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
Reese swings for the body but Uzi moves out of range.
Reese connects with a crisp jab.
Uzi moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.

That has opened up Kurt Uzi's cut even more.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Reese throws a body punch but Uzi moves out of range.
Reese fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Uzi manages to avoid it.
Reese stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Reese misses the shot to the body.
Uzi takes one to the chin there.

Uzi is rocked!
Kurt Uzi is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Uzi shoots and misses
and Reese counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Uzi thinking.
Uzi is still on wobbly legs! Can Reese finish him?
David Reese is winning the standup battle so far.
Reese lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
Reese drops Uzi with a naaaaasty hook - Uzi is in real trouble here! Reese dives in to side control and pounds out his opponent for a TKO victory! The crowd goes nuts!

A relieved looking David Reese thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
